We're pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at the Munich High End show in Germany next month. The annual show is Europe's largest hi-fi and high-quality consumer electronics show. High End Munich is a well-known and very popular show where manufacturers, distributors and visitors from all over the world meet every year.

I'm attending the stand personally, exhibiting Perreaux in association with our Dutch distributor HNNY Benelux B.V. Come visit us at Halle 4 Booth K07 where we'll be exhibiting Perreaux alongside Okki Nokki's superb record cleaner.

The annual KL International AV Show kicks off today for a weekend of hi fi and AV goodness. This is the 19th year the show has been run and to celebrate visitors will receive a complementary Limited Edition Commemorative CD.

The KLIAV Show 2012 is being held at the JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur and this is the 12th consecutive year the show has been held at the venue. The show starts today, Friday 20th, and runs through to Sunday 22nd. Show times are 11.00am to 7.30pm (Friday) and 10.00am to 7.30pm (Saturday & Sunday).

Even though big widescreen flat panel HDTV televisions, including Panasonic's monster 85" plasma, are likely to dominate the show; there is still a good turnout of two-channel and hi fi exhibitors. Show organiser Dick Tan says "visitors to the KLIAV Show 2012 can expect not only a more vibrant Show but one that is more informative then those of the previous years."

Our Malaysian partner Electrades Audio is attending the show and exhibiting our Audiant line of hi fi components, including the recently released DP32 USB DAC preamp and 100p stereo power amp, along with the award-winning 80i integrated amplifier.

Be sure to drop by Suite 7037, on Level 7, where Mr. Shashi Doshi from Electrades Audio will be demonstrating our exciting new Audiant hi fi products.

This weekend, October 1-2, the Paris High End Show 2011 is taking place as part of Salon de la HiFi et du Home Cinema at the Hotel Pullman – Paris Rive Gauche.

Our distributor for France, DEA International, will be exhibiting Perreaux alongside a selection of their other lines, including Thorens turntables and Canton loudspeakers.

The DEA International stand is located in 'Club 1' and 'Club 2' on the mezzanine.  Drop by and check out what Paskal and the DEA International team are demonstrating.

The show is open from 10am-7pm both Saturday and Sunday.  Entry is only €15.00.  So get along, support the show, and the industry, and check out some great hi fi while you're at it.

Malaysia's premier audio visual show, The KL International AV Show, takes place on 29-31 July 2011 at The JW Marriot Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Our Audiant 80i & éloquence 150i integrated amplifiers, as well as our Silhouette SXH2 headphone amp and SXV2 phono preamplifier, will be available for demonstration throughout the show courtesy of Electrades Audio, the exclusive Perreaux distributor for Malaysia.

The Audiant 80i and éloquence 150i amplifiers will be demonstrated with various loudspeakers from UK company Spendor.

Head along to room 7037 and say 'Hi' to Shashi from Electrades Audio.  He'll be more than happy to demonstrate the capabilities of the Audiant 80i and éloquence 150i and their on-board DACs and phono stages.

Unfortunately we're not able to attend the show, but we'd love to hear from anybody who does attend and their impressions of it.

This coming weekend, June 3-5, sees the start of something very special in Southern California – The Home Entertainment Show (T.H.E. Show) Newport. The brainchild of Bob Levi, President of Los Angeles & Orange County Audio Society, and Richard Beers, President of The Home Entertainment Show; T.H.E. Show Newport is a consumer audio show like no other and includes a classic car exhibition, a wine show including many of California's premier vintners and a cigar exhibition.

The show is being held at the Hilton Hotel Orange County Airport, adjacent to Orange County's John Wayne International Airport. T.H.E. Show Newport is open to the public, with day passes from US$15.00 and weekend passes US$35.00.

Perreaux will be represented at T.H.E. Show Newport alongside Harbeth loudspeakers by our US distributor Fidelis AV, in association with Gene Rubin Audio and Venice Audio. Come and join Walter in Room 330 and experience our Audiant 80i integrated amplifier, "the right amp at the right time" according to Neil Gader from The Absolute Sound (TAS 213).

T.H.E. Show Newport is shaping up to set the standard for consumer audio shows around the world, so get in amongst it!

Perreaux distributor for The Netherlands, YN Audio, is exhibiting at the Café Engels Show 2011 in Rotterdam on 16th & 17th April.

YN Audio will be demonstrating our Audiant 80i integrated amplifier alongside other lines they represent like Robson Acoustics loudspeakers and Black Rhodium cables.

The first 600 visitors to the Café Engels Show will receive a free CD mastered and produced by STS Digital.

The Café Engels Show is being run in parallel with the popular De Doelen Lente Hi-Fi Show and is only a 10 minute walk away.

It's shaping up to be an exciting weekend of hi-fi in Rotterdam on 16th & 17th April. With two shows on at the same time and in the same place, you'd be crazy to miss it.

Our Taiwan distributor, Sheng-Kai Co., is currently exhibiting our Prisma and Audiant lines at the Kaohsiung International Hi-End Audio Show.

The show is already under way and runs until 21 March at the Ambassador Hotel, 202 Min Sheng 2nd Rd., Kaohsiung.

Kinetic Audio, Perreaux distributor for China and Hong Kong, is exhibiting the Audiant 80i integrated amplifier at the Shanghai International High-End Hi-Fi Show this weekend. The show runs from March 4th to March 6th and is being held at the Pullman Skyway Hotel, 15 Dapu Road, Shanghai.

Raymond Cho, of Kinetic Audio, has been impressed with his time with the Audiant 80i and is very excited about this opportunity to demonstrate the integrated amp to the public. He's even gone to the extent of designing this beautiful advertisement, which I understand is to be included in the show booklet.

It looked nice and well set up, carefully arranged and sounding good.  After the carrying, plugging, unplugging and pointing had given way to smiles, closed eyes and head nodding, it was obvious all the hard work had been well worth it.

At 5.30pm on Monday 13th of December at the Wellesley Boutique Hotel in Wellington, Hugo Van Son, Audio Visual Manager of Harvey Norman Tory Street, and I, were looking at each other wondering if an evening of hi-fi demos in 2010 was actually a good idea.  Was hi-fi still a thing that could capture the public’s attention?  Or were we living in the past, some of the last men on the ramparts championing good sound over convenience?
